We move with precision, but we don’t move 24/7. Excellence requires focus.

• The Grind: Monday – Friday | Business Hours Only.
• The Dark Period: We do not operate on weekends or national holidays.
• Communication: All updates, messages, and revisions happen during business hours. If you hit us up at midnight or on a Sunday, you’ll get a response on the next business day.

Turnaround Times

• Standard Assets: For services purchased with NO CALL NEEDED, expect a turnaround of up to 2 business weeks.
• Premium Tailored Services: These are custom builds. Timeframes and deadlines are dictated by your specific project scope, budget, and contract terms.
• Patience pays: Please only inquiry about project status after your specific turnaround date has passed.

Material Submission & Deadlines

Your project is only as fast as your cooperation.

• The Portal: All materials, assets, and info must be sent to contact@serenitil.com.
• No Social Media Business: DMs are for networking, not for project management. Any project details sent via social media will be not be acknowledged.
• The Ghosting Clause: * After 14 business days of no communication from the client, the project is placed on backend. After 20th business day of no communication, the project is left incomplete. No refund will be issued and you will need to rebook.

Revision Policy

We don't settle for "okay," but we don't do "indecisive" either.

• Included Moves: Each project includes a set number of revisions (refer to your specific package).
• Extra Plays: Additional revisions are $30 per request.
• Clarity is King: Revisions must be submitted in one organized, concise list. This keeps the momentum high and the quality sharp.

Refund Policy

Because we invest heavy strategy, time, and creative energy the moment we start:

• No Refunds will be issued once work has begun or initial concepts/revisions have been delivered.
• If work has not started, refunds (if applicable) are at our sole discretion based on time already invested in onboarding.
